IBPS, SBI, and similar bank forms often want a face crop around 200×230 pixels and then a 20 KB (sometimes 50 KB) file. A 35×45 mm passport JPEG squeezed to 20 KB is the wrong crop even if the bytes match. Recrop on the exam or IBPS page first, then hit 20 KB here if the notification still names that cap. SSC and many state boards care about the byte cap more than millimetres — still confirm both. Signature uploads are often 10–20 KB and a different aspect; use the signature tools, not this page.
